Privacy & local data

Privacy Policy

How Pollen Glide handles local game progress, permissions, support communication and other privacy-related matters.

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game Pollen Glide.

Pollen Glide is designed as an offline-friendly casual game. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little information as reasonably necessary for the game to function.

1. Information We Collect

Pollen Glide does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through its core gameplay.

The current version of the game does not require you to create an account or provide information such as:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts
  • Photos or videos
  • Microphone recordings
  • Camera data
  • Financial information
  • Payment information
  • Government identification
  • Passwords or login credentials

2. Local Game Data

Pollen Glide stores certain game information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered.

This may include:

  • Best score
  • Highest stage reached
  • In-game nectar balance
  • Unlocked bee looks
  • Selected bee look
  • Achievement progress
  • Completed achievements
  • Tutorial status
  • Music preference
  • Sound-effects preference
  • Vibration preference
  • Other gameplay progress and settings

This information is stored locally on your device and is not intentionally transmitted to our servers.

Pollen Glide does not currently require or provide a cloud account or cloud synchronization system.

3. Internet and Network Data

The current core version of Pollen Glide is designed to work offline and does not require a continuous internet connection for gameplay.

The application does not intentionally operate a developer-controlled backend server for storing your gameplay data.

If future versions introduce online services, advertising, analytics, cloud storage, or other network-based features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Permissions

Pollen Glide is designed to request only permissions necessary for its features.

The game may use the device's vibration functionality to provide optional gameplay feedback.

Pollen Glide does not require access to sensitive device features such as:

  • Location
  • Contacts
  • Camera
  • Microphone
  • Call logs
  • SMS messages
  • External storage

You may disable vibration through the game's settings where available.

5. Support Emails

If you choose to contact us through the Support option, your device may open an installed email application using an email intent.

Pollen Glide does not automatically send an email on your behalf.

Any information you voluntarily include in an email is handled by you, your email provider, and the recipient according to their respective privacy practices.

The current development support contact is:

support@pollenglide.example.invalid

This is a development placeholder and should be replaced with the final active support address before public release.

6. Advertising

The current version described by this Privacy Policy does not intentionally include third-party advertising SDKs.

If advertising is added in a future version, including services such as Google AdMob, this Privacy Policy and the application's Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before or with that release.

Such services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, interaction data, or other information as described in their own privacy policies.

7. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The current version does not intentionally include third-party analytics or cloud-based crash-reporting services.

We do not intentionally collect analytics about your gameplay through a remote developer-controlled service.

If analytics or crash-reporting tools are introduced later, this policy will be updated to explain the types of information processed, their purposes, and the applicable service providers.

8. Children's Privacy

Pollen Glide is designed with simple, family-friendly gameplay and does not intentionally request personal information from children through the core game.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-controlled account, registration form, or backend service.

Parents or guardians who believe that personal information has been provided to us directly may contact us using the support information provided in this Privacy Policy.

9. Data Sharing

We do not intentionally sell or rent personal information.

Because the current version does not operate a remote user account or gameplay-data server, locally stored game progress is not intentionally shared by us with third parties.

Information that you voluntarily send through an external email application may be processed by the email services involved in delivering that message.

10. Data Retention

Gameplay progress and settings are generally retained locally on your device until one of the following occurs:

  • You reset your progress from within the game, where available
  • You clear the application's storage through Android settings
  • You uninstall the application
  • The operating system otherwise removes the application's local data

We do not currently maintain a developer-controlled cloud copy of this local gameplay information.

11. Data Deletion

Because Pollen Glide does not currently require user accounts and stores game progress locally, you may generally delete locally stored information by:

  1. Using the game's Reset Progress option, where available;
  2. Clearing the application's storage through your Android device settings; or
  3. Uninstalling Pollen Glide.

If you have voluntarily contacted us by email and wish to request deletion of information contained in that correspondence, you may contact us using the support address below.

12. Data Security

We use a data-minimization approach and avoid collecting personal information where it is not required for gameplay.

Game progress is stored using standard Android local-storage mechanisms.

No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, minimizing the amount of personal data collected reduces unnecessary privacy risk.

13. Third-Party Services

Pollen Glide may rely on standard Android operating-system components for functionality such as opening an external email application or providing vibration feedback.

When you leave Pollen Glide and interact with another application or service, that third party's own privacy policy and terms may apply.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party applications or services.

14. International Users

Pollen Glide may be made available to users in different countries.

The game is designed to minimize personal-data processing by keeping core progress locally on the user's device.

Where applicable, users may have privacy rights under local laws relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other handling of personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if:

  • Game functionality changes
  • New permissions are introduced
  • Advertising is introduced
  • Analytics or crash reporting is introduced
  • Online services are added
  • Applicable laws or Google Play requirements change

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will include an updated effective date.

Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
